Get fit and refreshed with the Rhone Winter Fitness Series. They offer a pilates based fusion session every alternate weekend; a dynamic movement, strength training, sculpting session, and controlled core work. Each of the classes has a plan to enhance the strength, stability and endurance through a full-body burn, athletic transitions and purposeful sequencing. All the classes start at 9:00 AM and are led by a professional instructor of Studio 78.
Dates to Remember: February 7 th. Additionally, when you attend the class on February 7 th, you will be eligible to win View Boston tickets, a free Rhone Everyday Active Hat, and you will be able to enjoy post-class snacks at Mother Juice.
