Are presented a project created by photographer Emilia Bergmark-Jiménez, where a woman gives birth in pain and silence. At the Fotografiska she had a very private and sensitive subject of birth which included personal and even global experiences regarding this significant event. The talk that is held in parallel with the presentation raises questions regarding the existential and social meaning of childbirth and addresses such questions as the rights and freedoms, as well as the perception of the process.
