The ABC process
STEP ONE: ALIGN
Your trip through the ABCs will begin with the step of Alignment. The teeth are repositioned by applying a steady, mild pressure to them throughout the day while wearing an aligner.
STEP TWO: BRIGHTEN
Whitening your teeth with the help of a professional is the next step after getting your teeth precisely aligned; now is the time to do it!
STEP THREE: CUSTOMISE
The final phase of your smile makeover is called “Customize,” and it is during this phase that they will construct a smile for you that is full, smooth, and even using composite bonding.
Step One: Align
The first step in your ABC journey is Align. At the beginning of this step, they’ll take an intraoral scan of your teeth which is then used to create a 3D model. This model then forms the basis of your custom-made Invisible Aligners.
Aligners work by adding constant, gentle pressure to your teeth to move them into shape. You’ll be given several Invisible Aligners during the course of your treatment, each designed to gradually move your teeth into the desired position incrementally.
They recommend that you wear your Invisible Aligners for 20-22 hours per day. This means you’ll have to wear them around the clock effectively; the only exception being mealtimes. Wearing your Invisible Aligners most of the day will keep your treatment time down. Most Invisible Aligner treatments take between 6-18 months depending on complexity and needs. Your dentist will give you a precise timeline during your initial consultation.

Professional Teeth Whitening is a 10-14 day process that involves using a special dental bleach (hydrogen peroxide) to lighten your teeth and reverse staining from things like tea and coffee, red wine and smoking. You’ll take your trays and the bleaching solution home with you, where you’ll use the kit for 30-minutes twice a day until complete.
The bleach used during the process is completely safe and at Smiles and Smiles, they only use the highest grade products. During your appointment, you’ll be shown how to fit and fill your whitening trays so you’ll leave confident and happy with the process.
Step Three: Customise
The final phase of your smile makeover is called “Customize,” and it is during this phase that they will construct a smile for you that is full, smooth, and even using composite bonding. Composite bonding is the ideal therapy for correcting dental flaws such as chipping, ridges, and spaces between teeth. It is a treatment in which tooth-colored resin is placed directly to your natural teeth. This method does not include any invasive procedures. A high-lustre resin is used in the construction of composite, and it incorporates reinforcing qualities like as particles of quartz or silica. It is safe to consume and has not been linked to any harmful responses.
